When your making your animation, you can't space out your animations to much or it will look... bad. Here's what the movement in your frames should look like. --l--l---l---l----l-----l----l---l--l-- and not like this. -----l------l-------l------l-----l----- First example. Second example

it's a great tut, infact i learned that of a site from somewhere!! its all about that grey thing at the back of ur stick that appers when u move a certain bit of the stickman, move it a bit then ajust the speed and move it abit further then at the end slow down again until u stop!!
THIS IS NOT A TUT but it may help understand abit more

this is a great tutorial, but it could've used some more, like this ani. the first ball is using the technique of spacing, the second doesn't. see the difference: img47.imageshack.us/img47/3234/spacingtuthp1.gifthe grey thing at the back of ur stick is called: onion skin

Yea, I know what onion skinning is. But pivot only shows the last frame, flash shows like the last 5ish.
