Right, i found this out when i was having a mess around on mi pc. So to get sound you need this programs and files:
. Windows-movie-maker (should already be on ur pc) . Pivot (which ever version u have) . Sound Fx (find them on the web)
Follow these instructions to get sound:
1. Make ur animation and save it as a GIF
2. Go onto movie-maker and open it as a file
3. Make the movie maker window small (press the square at the top right of ur screen)
4. Drag and drop the sound effects into the bottom of the timeline where ur animation is)
5. place the sound fx where it should be ( like if u have a punch sound fx and ur stickman is punching someone, place the sound fx where he has just punched his face)
6. save it and play it in windows media player
DONE
its quite a hard tut to follow but its easier than it sounds

Meh, it'll be a WMV file. I prefer doing that on flash because I can add a play button and the quality is 100x better.

FLash player 8 just lets you watch flash videos. You can import pivot GIFs onto flash, and you can upload it onto to imageshack.
